"Lincoln and Lee at Antietam: The Cost of Freedom" (2006) is a documentary about the Battle of Antietam, the bloodiest battle of the Civil War. General Robert E. Lee had hoped to invade the North in a surprise attack, but his battle strategies somehow fell into Union hands. President Lincoln therefore dispatched Union troops to intercept Lee's forces. The documentary includes first person accounts, interviews of historians, reenactments and rare photographs.
