Dilys decides to go along with Norman and Mandy to get their Pontypandy Pioneer Fishing Badges. Knowing that Norman is on the boat the team prepares for the worst. Dilys causes some trouble that keeps Norman from catching a fish. The team is surprised when it is Dilys and not Norman who causes so much havoc at sea. Charlie promises to take Norman out again without Dilys to get his badge!
