The events of the series revolve around a board of directors, where the strong control everything, and the weak do not even own themselves. Mai seeks to prove her worth, and prevents anyone from approaching her private space, after assuming the position of CEO of the company, succeeding the harasser Zaki, and against her permanent competitor, Rabeh.
