In the Parisian criminal world, everyone is always doing things to be considered the top. However when a new gang moves into the territory, a series of violent robberies begin to frustrate the local police because they fear they might never actually solve who is behind them. Luckily, Leo Vrinks and Denis Klein are the cops that take up these cases, and since they are seeking promotion, they vow that they will figure out who are doing this and bring them to justice.
