This motion picture tells the tale of a violent crime spree that has ravaged the beautiful city of Manila, Philippines, and terrified the peaceful residents of the city. The film centers around a strange group of murders that involve young girls being abducted, seemingly sexually abused, and murdered by slits on the wrists, draining them of all their blood. Absolutely crazed at the horrific crimes, the police chief in Manila has called in the help of an American officer who has spent his life researching sex crimes. Together, they hope to bring down the perpetrator of these numerous, terrifying crimes.
