Watch Dog Years

This is an action packed comedy movie about mistaken identity. When a man is walking his dog, he accidentally gets the leash tangled up with a man who stole from a group of thugs. Wally is a shy person who has only his dog as his friend. While they are out for a walk one day, a stranger bumps into him. This stranger gets tangled in the leash, and he kicks the dog while trying to get free. When his dog is kicked, he beats up the stranger.

The police happen by and see the beating. They arrest the man for assault. When he gets free, he finds his dog has been kidnapped by the thugs who believe he was helping the stranger.
