Watch Dominick Dunne: After the Party

This documentary examines the life and work of Domick Dunne, Hollywood producer, writer and social commentator. Dunne knew every star of note in the entertainment industry, thanks in part to his habit of throwing extravagant parties. But burning the candle at both ends, combined with drug use and alcoholism, brought the party to a halt for Dunne, who experienced a dramatic turning point in his life when his daughter was murdered by an ex-boyfriend. He then made it his mission to cover court trials of the rich and famous, exposing the corruption of the system and its lawyers.
