Escándalo de estrellas is a Mexican musical comedy about a young man who wants to go into show business and become an actor. This displeases his father who wants him to become a lawyer. The young man successfully gets a part in a movie, only to find somebody is sabotaging the project. Even worse, he's accused of being the saboteur. He therefore has to find the real culprit and clear his name as well as convince his father that he can make a decent living as a performer.
