This short documentary television film is about Rose Randall, who has been a widowed woman for 40 years. Rose meets Seymour, eventually falling in love. This series is mainly about how Rose's children react to the news as well as also filmmaker Terri. Daughter of the Bride also has to do with the opinions the family members take this news, as they are more concerned and worried as to how this will affect their father's memory. Even though all of the family members are adults now, they still hold on to their father, and have trouble understanding.
