Dr. Neil Hamilton is a medical research scientist, that is determined to find a cure for childhood illnesses. One night, Dr. Hamilton received a call from his mentor asking for help with a little boy named Bobby, who is suffering from a growth defect. When Bobby receives the serum, he becomes extremely violent and grows larger than an adult. Determined to find a cure, Dr. Hamilton injects the lab rats with the serum. Soon after the injection is given, activists free the lab rats. Now Dr. Hamilton is on a mission to find a cure for the hundreds bitten.
