A young man and woman are snatched while on a date, waking up shackled in a basement. A sadistic "physician" tortures, mutilates and sexually violates them. Sometimes he stops the brutality to provide medical assistance, so they can continue alive for a longer period of time. As the "doctor" continues with his torment, it is revealed he is simply doing it for sexual stimulation.
