Hail Caesar is a romantic comedy movie. A young man struggles to become a rock star. Caesar's only dream is to become a rock star until he meets Buffer. Then his dream expands to have Buffer in his life forever. He works in a pencil factory while his band tries to hit the big time and falls in love with the girl. Her father doesn't like Caesar so he makes a bet with the boy. If Caesar can make $100,000 in six months he can keep seeing his girlfriend. Otherwise he has to call it quits.

This young man must win a bet with his girl's father to keep seeing her. How far will he go to win the bet is the question.
