Burkitt Manor has a long and checkered history that has only grown since the murder of the Burkitt family 70 years ago. The haunted reputation of the house is the main reason a group of friends decide to throw a surprise 18th birthday party for Sara. Almost as soon as they arrive at the house to set up the party a strange force is awakened and begins a murderous spree through the group of friends as Sara moves closer to her party.
