Kite is a 1998 Japanese anime film following the story of a young girl in rural Japan. Though most people see her as a cute and innocent teen, she actually fosters a cold blooded urge to kill after being orphaned at a young age. After watching both of her parents being murdered as a child, she seeks revenge on any and all people who stand in her way in her quest for vengeance.
