The Shadow Valley is pierced with sounds of explosions as an excavation crew blast away at a construction site, building new condominiums. When tremors swell they turn the mountain face into a rolling avalanche of soil timber and rock destroying everything in its wake, swallowing hikers, trees, electrical towers. The nightmare is only beginning for those buried under the landslide.
