Watch Mexican Dream

"Mexican Dream" is a documentary about several immigrant families from the Mixtec indigenous group from Oaxaca, Mexico who go to Austin, Minnesota, to work in slaughterhouses and meatpacking factories for Hormel Foods. Filmed with the immigrants in the U.S. and their relatives back home, "Mexican Dream" is an intimate portrait of the strong sense of community that perseveres amongst them.
