This film follows the true story of one of America's most deadly and prolific serial killers of all time. Inspired by the actual events, the film chronicles the life and criminal career of Richard Ramirez, who from June of 1984 until August of 1985 terrorized the people of Los Angeles and later San Francisco. With a widespread manhunt on for the psychopath, the death toll at 13 and rising, and with more than 11 rapes to the killer’s credit, one cop takes the lead to find the madman and bring an end to his killing spree before he disappears.
