Two years after the events of Noxious, our protagonist is on the run and her past is catching up with her. Kennedy is able to escape police custody, she gets a face change operation and lands in Phoenix, Arizona. She finds work as a custodian and keeps her head down. To make up for the sins of her past she becomes a vigilante for crimes against women and helps her new boyfriend Zack with information leading to arrest; as a fairy godmother. When Detective Parkinson gets wind of Kennedy being in Phoenix he comes to Arizona on a mission to capture Kennedy and return her to Georgia. Detective Parkinson ends up working with the reluctant police officer Zack to hunt down this women together
