Carla, married to a geologist, finds herself in a desperate search for her missing husband. Gone on a geological expedition, Carla’s husband disappears without a trace. As she frantically begins to locate him and uncover his mysterious vanishing, Carla meets a man who is the splitting image of her missing husband. They form an intimate connection, as Carla begins to question whether this mysterious man is more than who he says he is.
