The R U Serious movie is about the trauma of violent and sexual abuse. The victim's behaviors are often misunderstood. Most abuse victims develop some form of depression, suicide, substance abuse, anxiety and or PTSD or sexual disorder. They are often further victimized when seeking help or to protect themselves some end up in the criminal justice system.
