Sangam is a cultural classic in the genre of Bollywood Romance about a trio of young adults engaged in a doomed love triangle. Sundar, the lead character, has become romantically obsessed with his childhood friend, Radha, who in turn is in love with their mutual friend, Gopal. When Sundar goes missing during a military mission in Kashmir, Radha and Gopal are free to pursue a relationship, until the return of Sundar brings dire events to motion.
