Al Benjamin is a tax investigator in New York, who stumbles over a series of bloody murders while chasing an elusive tax evader in Brooklyn. Despite his boss's orders to stay out of the way, Al ends up joining forces with Joseph Romero, an NYPD rookie cop, in a major investigation against the Russian mafia.
