17th Hour details an extraordinary exploit by four friends who built a 1931 hot rod from scratch in 17 hours in the parking lot of the Viva Las Vegas show. The group drives a 1958 Chevy school bus more than 1,200 miles to Las Vegas pulling a trailer full of parts. Then, in a parking lot, the crew built a 1931 Model A coupe entirely from junkyard parts and drive it back home.
