Just minutes from dying in the electric chair, The Phantom makes a daring escape by scaling his prison walls and jumping onto a moving train. That day, the District Attorney receives a threatening telegram. A detective is hired to protect him, but it's no use. The Phantom enters in the night through a labyrinth of secret passageways. He threatens the District Attorney's daughter and disappears. The whole community is on edge about the masked murderer. Luckily, a news reporter bucking for promotion has a hunch about where he's headed, and the chase is on! This film is a comedy thriller.
