A secret agent from France has been given a top secret mission that requires specialized skill. He must assassinate a foreign dictator without detection. As he prepares to do his duty a new peace treaty changes his orders and makes him a political target. He is then taken by those he was supposed to kill and must fight for his life and his freedom.
