A director heads to North Korea. Along with him are two comedians. These comedians plan to perform comedy in the form of dance and song. They special places around the region where they want to perform this elaborate work. The comedians and the director, however, did not realize the opposition they would face on this trip. They did not realize how many people would be against them enjoying themselves in song and dance. The comedians do not care at all. They plan to move forward with their plans at all costs. The three individuals stick together until their last moment in the area.
