Watch When The Bough Breaks

In this eerie thriller a seasoned Police Captain and aggressive Special Investigator team up to try and find a serial killer, who has left perfectly severed human hands, with numbers tattooed on them, inside bags in the sewer. Their investigation eventually leads them to an autistic boy, who has drawn hands on the wall of his room in a mental hospital. After spending time with the boy and getting to know him, they find that he may have a psychic connection to the gruesome serial killer. As the relationship between the boy and investigator grows more clues are revealed that could unveil the murderer.
