Clean and sober, Emmett LeClere leaves NYC film school and returns home to the Olympic Peninsula to shoot a film about the endangered rain-forest. When he runs out of funding, Emmett takes a gig as care-taker of his friend's marijuana farm, and rekindles a relationship with a fellow, former addict. As his self-destructive ways threaten to destroy his goals, Emmet learns the Feds are moving in.
