The ogre's close relative, Alien Kisaragi, is angered after seeing Kotaro take the Earthling's side by joining the Setsubun holiday's traditional bean-throwing that bullies ogres. She captures Kotaro and Ichiro and traps them inside a bean by shrinking them. That's when Ichiro's little brother, Jiro, puts that bean up to his mouth!

Kotaro chases after a car driven by a strange alien during his patrol, but the vehicle suddenly bursts into flames. For some reason, Machiko was unconscious nearby. Kotaro takes Machiko to a hospital, but he is targeted by an unknown entity. Captain Asahina is certain Machiko is involved.

A series of vampire murder cases have been taking place near the Forsaken Child's Tomb. As Kotaro starts his investigation, he meets Kanae, a young girl who picks the mysterious red flowers near the tomb to hand out to people nearby. Soon, the flowers transform into the vampire plant Vasara and goes out of control!

The monster Cosmoliquid appears in the construction site by Tama River. The monster turns into liquid and vanishes, but it reappears with ZAT's electrocuting plan and is defeated by Ultraman Taro. The next morning, Kotaro falls into a mysterious hole during his jog. He finds himself inside of Raiveking's stomach!
