Watch From Honey, With Love

Wayne, code name "P," is secretly recruited to make spy inventions for the Canadian Ministry of Intelligence by Canada's international superspy Dalton Pearce. (Who knew Canada had secret agents?) En route to a special assignment, Agent Pearce has a misadventure with the Szalinski Laser Shaver (patent pending), and Wayne must single-handedly challenge Canada's most notorious supervillain, the disgruntled ex-Mountie Pierre LeBecque. Wayne successfully retrieves a missing Canadian nuclear submarine, the Scotia. This, however, does not conclude Double-oh Szalinski's duties.
