The dressing room of the Garsons Department Store becomes the center of a rat infestation when a customer gets bitten. Susan Costello is assigned to help the exterminator Jack Carver and his assistant find and eliminate the problem. Unfortunately, these rats are no ordinary critters. They are a form of mutant rat and threaten to take over New York City.
