While Maxwell is preparing to celebrate Brighton's confirmation, Fran readies for a cruise with her best friend, Val. However, the thought of Fran being at sea with a ship full of eligible men proves too much for Maxwell, especially after a fortuneteller claims that she will meet the man of her dreams. And in order to keep an eye on her, Maxwell arranges for the entire Sheffield family to join the cruise. And if that isn't enough, he invites her parents, Yetta, Niles and C.C., too.
